The Process
Filling out the application is an important part of the process. This gets you into our system, in line for a spot, and provides you access to events and next steps.

A Teacher Reference Report must be submitted in order to complete your application. The form can be downloaded once you establish your TADS portal. Please submit the Teacher Reference Report to your child’s current teacher at the conclusion of the first semester. The teacher should complete and return the form by January 28 in hard copy or by email to mripton@sycamore-school.org

Kindergarten applicants will be invited to a Play Date at Sycamore in February. This group session allows students to interact with our kindergarten educator and experience the Sycamore approach first hand. Applicants to grades 1-5 are invited for a morning visit at the school in order to make connections with their future classmates and educators.
VISITS
Families will be notified of admission decisions on March 12. To complete enrollment, a signed Enrollment Agreement, along with materials fee ($320) and student deposit ($2,000) are due on or before March 22.

*The Sycamore School requires that all students be fully vaccinated. We do not accept blanket permanent medical exemptions in lieu of immunizations. For more information on required vaccinations, visit: http://www.shotsforschool.org/k-12/
*Sycamore does not require that students get the COVID vaccine .

January 8 - Deadline for priority admission
January 29 - Teacher Reference Report due
February 14 - Deadline for tuition assistance application
March 8 - Admission decisions are shared with families, along with tuition assistance awards, if applicable
